Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose & Overview

At The Data Pilot (https://www.thedatapilot.in), we are dedicated to delivering top-tier educational programs in Augmented Data Analytics. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the exact circumstances under which enrollment cancellations and fee refunds are granted.

2. Cancellation Prior to Cohort Commencement

Students who have paid their enrollment fees may request a cancellation and refund under the following guidelines:

• Full Refund Window: If a cancellation notice is submitted in writing at least 7 days before the official cohort kickoff date, a 100% refund of the tuition fee paid will be issued (less any statutory payment gateway processing surcharges where applicable).
• Late Notice: If a cancellation request is received within 7 days prior to cohort start, a nominal administrative processing fee of 10% may be deducted.

3. Post-Commencement Policy & Batch Transfers

Due to restricted cohort sizes (maximum 30 seats per batch) and live mentor allocations:

• Once live classroom lectures have commenced or recorded proprietary intellectual property has been accessed, fees become strictly non-refundable.
• Emergency Batch Transfer: If an unforeseen medical or personal emergency prevents a student from attending their enrolled cohort, students may apply for a one-time free batch transfer to the subsequent cohort upon submission of appropriate documentation.

4. Refund Processing Timeline & Method

Approved refunds are disbursed strictly via the original payment method used during the transaction (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Netbanking via Razorpay):

• Refund requests are reviewed and approved within 48 hours of receipt.
• Once initiated, banks typically credit the refunded funds back to your original source account within 5 to 7 business days.
