1. Overview and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, browsing our course catalog, applying for consultation, or enrolling in our certification programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "Candidate") and The Data Pilot ("We", "Us", or "Platform").

2. Educational Services & Course Delivery

The Data Pilot provides live instructor-led online training, cohort bootcamps, and career mentorship in Augmented Data Analytics, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Generative AI.

• Digital Fulfillment & Delivery: Upon successful payment clearance, course enrollment is confirmed instantly. Access to the digital learning portal, batch timetable, and classroom orientation links is delivered electronically to the student's registered email address within 24 to 48 hours.
• Course Schedule: Classes are conducted via live interactive digital classrooms. The Data Pilot reserves the right to make minor adjustments to schedule timings with prior notice to students.
• Attendance & Completion: Placement assistance and certification require a minimum of 85% batch attendance and successful completion of designated capstone project assignments.

3. Program Fees, Pricing & Payment Terms

• All program fees, certification charges, and digital products on the website are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment aggregators, including Razorpay, supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Netbanking (ICICI, SBI, HDFC, Axis, and other major Indian scheduled banks), Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets.
• Students agree to provide valid, authorized payment instruments. Admission remains provisional until full payment clearance is confirmed by the payment gateway.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy Reference

We believe in transparent student operations. Cancellations and refund requests are governed by our dedicated Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility requires formal written notice sent to admissions@thedatapilot.in prior to batch commencement. Approved refunds are credited back to the original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Intellectual Property & License

All curriculum material, live lecture recordings, proprietary software templates, datasets, case studies, and brand assets displayed on the website are the exclusive intellectual property of The Data Pilot. Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal learning. Re-distributing, recording, copying, or reselling course assets is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct & User Obligations

Students must maintain professional conduct inside live lectures, community discussion groups, and communications with faculty and mentors. Any form of harassment, unauthorized recording, academic dishonesty, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of classroom access without entitlement to a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability & Career Disclaimer

The Data Pilot provides industry-aligned skills training, resume reviews, and interview prep. While we make every reasonable effort to assist students with placements and career acceleration, we do not guarantee job appointments or salary figures, which depend entirely on individual candidate performance, interview outcomes, and prevailing market conditions.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising out of or related to these terms or services, the competent courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
